Plan pricing is displayed at checkout in the currency applicable to your region. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future purchases, but any change will not affect an active subscription you have already paid for.

Setup instructions and service details are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and accessible.

You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes within your household.

You may not: share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your access credentials outside your household; use the service for any illegal activity; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the service or its infrastructure; use automated tools to scrape or extract content; or assist any third party in doing any of the above.

Your access is intended for a single household. Using the service across multiple households or locations simultaneously may result in access restrictions.

IPTV Nordic FHD presents only lawful, authorized, or licensed streaming services and content. We do not claim rights to copyrighted channels, programs, or networks that we do not hold.

The availability of specific programming depends on licensing agreements and your geographic region. Content availability may change over time as licensing arrangements change. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, program, or event.

We make no representation that any particular content will remain available throughout your subscription period. Our commitment is to provide a functional, supported service, not to guarantee specific content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access details and for all activity associated with your subscription.

If you believe your access details have been compromised, contact us immediately through our contact page so we can assist in securing your access.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment credentials.

Prices are stated at checkout in the currency shown for your region. Taxes, if applicable, are included or displayed as required by local law.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the displayed amount to your selected payment method. If a payment fails, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the order.

We design our service for reliable performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Service performance depends on factors outside our direct control, including your internet connection speed and stability, your device and its software, and the IPTV player application you choose to use.

We recommend a stable internet connection of at least 15–25 Mbps for optimal performance. We are not responsible for service issues caused by inadequate internet, unsupported devices, or third-party player software.

We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We aim to minimize disruption and will communicate planned maintenance where practical.

The IPTV Nordic FHD brand, website design, logos, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without permission.

We do not use third-party TV network logos, trademarks, or branding without authorization. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will meet all of your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that specific content will remain available throughout your subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the relevant period.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer protections.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before termination.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that survive termination, such as payment for the current subscription period.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service is provided. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
